How do you lock the door from inside?

Hi , my door is still operating , the problem is both the door handles have become loose and move around, they do not say in there correct position. Is there a part that requires replacing ?? I would like to repair/replace be for it breaks, regards,Heady

How do you adjust them if they don't lock? we are having difficulties in locking our door on our new van, we turn the handle to engage the lock, but it does not engage?? Cheers Les
