Make sure that the image size is not too large and the file format is a .jpeg or .png. If its possible try reformatting the the image using paint 3d first and loading it again.

Hi This is a great question and I'd be happy to help. First thing that comes to mind is the scale model itself. You said the other scales are working fine with tare. Are they by chance a higher or lower capacity scale? For example are your other scales 60 lb. scales? And this new one may be a 30lb scale? That would change the lower end of the scale divisions. So you would need a separate database that had tares set to 0.010 instead of 0.01. Please let me know the models, it should say the weight capacity on the spec plate on the side of the scale. Also where and who did you purchase the scale from?

Wow you are correct. I do have 2 different models in one of our departments. One is 60 LB and new one is 30 LB. Once I set the tare to 0.010 on the 30 LB model, the tare works just fine. I am just going to have to keep all the same models in the same department either 30 LB or 60 LB because keeping 2 separate databases would not be practical. Thank you very much for helping! Hi yes you should be able to add up to 99 departments. Please can you verify what version of CL Works Pro. On the taskbar in the software select HELP, then ABOUT. Should give you version. Id first try to restart CL Works and see if the database will update. It is also possible the data has become corrupted and may need to be re-imported.

Great question!. Only if you apply it to the category keys. For example make a category/dept. named apples. Then inside that category when you select it you will see the apple items/images you assigned in that category. INSIDE of categories only plus and function keys can be applied here, there are no sub-categories inside categories at this time.

First, you need to know what type of barcode you need. Code 128 has code and weight by default. But if you need a EAN13 or UPC13 then you need to add the W and I symbols to have weight and code in barcode numbers.

Hi! You would need to use the CL Works Pro software to make a user created barcode. You can then add the 'j' symbol to your barcode format for the sell by time.

This is for the CL5500 model scale, but the process is similar.

@@DanielGonzalez-hc4hb Prices can be updated quickly using the CL Works Pro software connected through Wi-Fi. Alternatively, there is a Master-Satellite setup that allows you to quick change prices on one scale and it will instantly send those changes to all the other scales on the network.

Symbol F in the user defined barcode is for the prefix. Or are you trying to change your default prefix symbol?

@@cas-usacorporation900 the more I try to set this up the clearer it gets that CL WORKS is not optimized to program the keypad on the 7200 series. From within CL works I can only assign categories to the speed keys not functions or PLUs. And I can only assign plus from the category assigned to the page. There is no explanation as to what the check boxes do, there is no function I can find to allow one of the category pages to return to the speed key page. I can make a number pad on any of the screens but it doesn't recognize the plus when I key them in. None of the formatting tools , left right center justify etc. Are available in CL works. These are not advanced features and the amount of money I spent on the scale I shouldn't have to be manually programming any single button on the scale itself I should be able to do it on CL works but it's not ready for the 7200 series. I can't even change the number of buttons via scale config within CL works. This is all very disappointing

@@joshuaclark9326 CL Works Pro works 100% with the CL7200 series. It can be confusing at first until you are familiar with how to use it. This video explained briefly some advanced features to new users mainly on the CL5500. It is similar to the 7200 but with some differences. I would first make sure that all the data your trying to assign like departments, plus and other data is transferred to the scale before designing a Keypad. Second, function keys can be assigned to a Keypad from the left side on the software where you see your plus. There should be a tab for function keys. Simply drag them onto the keys you like them to appear. If the issues persist or you are finding the software hard to understand. Please reach out to your dealer for more training. Do you have a dealer or did you purchase the scale online? Either way we will do our best to solve the issue.

Yes this is simply the scale software telling you that you need to select which PLU's to download. If you get this message than you have not selected any of the boxes next to the PLU.
