Hi, I use mac for my business, so i had to instal a software Parallel to run window in my Mac. So as I was able to do IP configuration thru the Parallel Window 11 but as i was getting a network, it said i am connected to the Ethernet, which i am not. I connect to the Wi Fi. And IP does not work, unless i have to enter it differently. I need some help with figuring this out. I have CL7200.

Hello, if my scale is saying Wireless Module Is Not Connected what should I do? It was working great for a few months but suddenly quit working. I cannot move on with input of network information.

Hi Ryan, Couple questions. 1. Which scale are you using? Is it a CL7200? 2. Do you know how to access the parameters menu on your scale? 3. If YES to number two then you need to make sure parameter 731 use wireless Lan is set to Y. Please let me know if you have further questions CAS USA

@@cas-usacorporation900 Its a CL7200. How do I go about accessing the menu parameters? Im fairly familiar with the scale it's self (I have formatted 3, 7200's now.)

I see to still have connection issues with my scale. Shows a state of connected yet when I hit download plus to scale, it errors out. Was working fine. Had to reinstall windows. SSD died. Since then, I cannot get it to download plus.

You would need to enter the calibration mode and edit parameters. It should be parameter code 731.

That is a great question I would be happy to help. Does your CL7200 screen turn on (any light on LCD) or is it a blank black screen?
