This lyric video is not what I expected! I really got a kick out of it. Quirky! 💙 I adore this song. I adore this man. What else? I adore waking early and listening to Butch Walker. Swoon! This song is perfect, and a terrific duet. I love the lyrics, and I especially love the harmony on the chorus. I'm finally out of an ASD rut of listening to familiar songs only, and I'm discovering so much wonderful "new" music from Butch Walker and also new (old) Marvelous 3 songs. There was a group in Portland Or called the Batchlors that covered the Producers and the Producers would give them two thumbs up. Their lead guitar player "Frankie" had a remote and would walk on the bar when thay did "you go your way".

alright so. i went to a panic! at the disco concert around 2017-2018. and you know how before concerts start they’ll play random music videos on those screens? well i happened to be recording the stage while this song was playing in the background. i didn’t think anything of it because i was too hyped up for the concert until i watched all the videos back and was like hey the song in the background here is fire. i’ve been searching for it for YEARS. the video was only seven seconds long and had me and my friends talking in the background so i assumed the only way id ever find it is if i posted it and someone who was a fan of the song recognized it. except i had zero in person and internet popularity and even if i did apparently this song isn’t popular itself. i considered it a lost cause for so many years until two days ago i kept getting recommended this guy who would find songs people didn’t know the names of, and it reminded me of it. earlier today i even commented this story on one of those videos. well, like a few minutes ago i remembered apple just added an integrated shazam feature and i was like ill try that just for shits and giggles. yall. tell me why this fucking thing came up with the exact song immediately. i’ve been searching for this fucking song since i was 13 and im fucking 20 years old now what the fuck. i cannot believe it was that easy and i CANNOT BELIEVE i didn’t try it before! it seems like the most obvious first thing to do but nope. ugh. anyway good song lmao
