I’m on the couch, lying down, sore from work on my day off. I wouldn’t survive more than 5 minutes (actually, would probably survive the cold for a bit, nothing else).

Sir, thanks for the content creation ? I joined the navy Feb, 23 1990. Took the prebuds test, many times couldn't pass it ? But it created a better me, I served active duty, reserves, active reserves, when I joined, sailors were retiring E 5, my quest, was to wear a gold, trident have four gold hashmarks and retire an E5. I wasn't asking for much. If I come across any young person interested, I'm buying all your video, I spent so much time in the gulf, I was diagnosed with a neurological dissorder, in plain terms, multiple sclerosis. As I tell folks be carefull what you wish for. Retired from navy active reserves, retired correctional officer, there's more than one way to skin a cat, and I still live in sunny sandiego ca. I salute you sir, and thank you for your service shipmate...

Why would you not do the entire shot? You want to improve consistency so do every movement exactly the same? Why leave parts out? lol that's just going to be an unpracticed movement coming into the form. I'm not saying it's wrong, merely I am curious why? I personally shoot much better when I focus on both hands being where they need to be. My guide hand is literally a guide for the rest of my shot. It lines the ball up with the hoop, it keeps me pointed at the hoop, and makes sure my set point is exactly the same each time. I just can't understand leaving out half your shot when practicing lol

Hey brother, I think one hand form shooting is important so that you can emphasise on the way you re,ease your shooting hand and the fingers you release with…I personally first do one hand form shooting and then do it with 2 hands…

This is the real 5 minute plank challenge 🤝the one where they transition a bunch gives plenty of time to recover in between, not even close to as difficult as this. I completed your version today, started training three weeks ago and was only at 1:30 for two sets. It’s all in the mind, very similar thoughts as I was going through it…minus the third degree Burns 😬😂

Real SEAL’s are they who don’t show themselves on public, they who don’t write books and telling stories about the mission’s like Rob O’neill (he tells about the Neptune Spear mission and how did he kill Osama Bin Laden, btw this mission was highly classified mission) . SEAL’s they don’t need to show themselves in public because they’re supposed to be quite and professionals. I have so much respect for all teams of SEAL’s especially for DevGru. In my opinion they should learn a little from Delta Force guys how they are real quite professionals. I think ST6 they’re are the elite of the elite but after retirement they don’t need to show the public about they’re mission’s. I don’t know why they tell about BUD’s training.? Respect ✊ and Salute 🙌 for these guys !

He was trying way too hard for a product that was doomed to fail. For as smart as he is, it’s amazing he couldn’t see how weak and simplistic his business model is. Maybe it worked on his kids but it won’t work on most people. This is the most Navy Seal business ever.

There is a lot of luck involved as well. You could get injured in training, you can have a bureaucratic hang up, you can incur the wrath or dislike of an instructor, you can fail academics, you can have family issues that interrupt training, you can have one moment of weakness, etc. Also, enlisted get to quit with the opportunity to return whereas officers get only one shot, but that rule may have changed, & the Navy is notorious for issuing wavers. Ultimately, you have to fight for everything if you really want it. Remember, if the mind is willing, the body will follow.
@michaelo19292 жыл бұрын
"Family issues" shouldn't be a problem. If the Navy wanted you to have a family, they would have issued you one.
