I think your problem is in material prep, and possibly speed.....your material needs to be at least as fine as sawdust from a HANDsaw and at around 18% moisture content. The material used by commercial pellet makers is run through a hammer mill. Also, try running slower.....not sure what your rpms were but it looked a bit too fast.
@lakescooterliving
@lakescooterliving 3 ай бұрын
@@TheWingnut58 that seems pretty right. I tried different speeds. Faster actually seemed better. I didn’t have a hammer mill but did run the product through a shredder. The moisture does seem to be key. Again, this was a struggle too. Thanks for your insight. Much appreciated!

I bought a 1973 highboy and my cousin worked at ford and I needed a engine for it and he had a 390 fe in his shed anyway I got a newly rebuilt one of these 79 steering boxes and I figured I would pull the front fenders and grill off of it for putting the motor in anyway so I think it would be the best time to install the power steering box I hope it makes it easier I really would like to have power steering on it I will have to come up with the arm and the drag link

You don’t need to cut anywhere near that amount out of the crossmember with that kit. I know they say that you do but I trusted this video and cut exactly the same amount as you did and it is way overkill. I almost could have gotten away with grinding down some on the steering box ear to fit it. I’d add a picture, but I can’t.

@lakescooterliving
@lakescooterliving Жыл бұрын
I purchased the cylinders at an auction. From a combine maybe? They leak horribly and I sort of regret not fixing or getting different ones. They are roughly 3.5ish diameter and 23.5in stroke.

Hello Sir I'm from Belgium. Can you help me with some information. I made a pellet machine and it works perfectly. But I can't get the pellets through the holes. I tried sawdust wet, damp, and dry, but the holes don't let anything through. What is in the holes is rock hard, and has to be released every time. Do you have an idea for me? Thank you

If it works perfectly, I don’t understand why your struggling. I guess I don’t understand your question. My pellet mill doesn’t work great on grass and it is slow and lacking rigidity. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching

You have the batteries upside down, that’s why the car did not start When it’s in the battery space the positive goes down on the three prongs and the negative is up which goes onto the gold side contacts It’s lucky you did not mess up the circuitry 😢
