I bought this bar and it is fantastic. Only issue I have with it is it made all my other expensive bars obsolete as this bar is all of them and so much more. Its pretty heavy too, great quality build.

The best advice I give is really REACH OUT and don't shrug the shoulders, keep them down and REACH OUT AND AWAY. None of that other stuff like rubbing knuckles on wall or pinkies up, REACH OUT AND AWAY.

The small differences in technique do add up. For a start he had them seated to take out any momentum the legs might help create. The pace of the rep, the length of the lever, the isolation of the felt to avoid compensating with the trap, these are all small details that a lot of people could benefit from if they adapted them. Plus you’d be surprised how many people think they’re training hard, until they get put through a set by Yates and realise their intensity is lacking a bit. This kind of seminar can improve all of the stuff I’ve listed so they are beneficial

I've trained high intensity since listening to dorian. All through my 20s and built some serious muscle. Now in my 40s I just maintain it. 4 x a week 45 mins a sesh.

His nutrition advice is based on someone doing steroids and HGH. HGH burns fat like a furnace so he's not the best coach of nutrition. Nor do you need more than a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Carbs should be the most important nutrient for bodybuilding as the muscles need it to perform and stay full of glycogen. Druggie diets and Natty diets are extremely different.

That’s how it’s done. Hard to do without a training partner. It kills me to watch two guys lift without the other pushing their partner. Instead it’s one lifting while the other plays on their phone. If you don’t have a partner then do drop sets as fast as you can or a few pauses at the end. Dorian knows his stuff.

Today’s culture will believe without hesitation, everything he says. Until he talks honestly about steroids and his usage. Then, everyone will say he’s lying about how little he used.
