BEWARE!!! Ford of Lebanon did this to my brand new Mustang GT and the car runs absolutely terrible. Looks like I’m gonna have to spend an additional 5-10K just to fix what Ford was too incompetent to do initially. Just to give to an example of my issues , the car completely shuts down at HIGH SPEED. Losing all hydraulic pressure in both brakes and steering. They slap a Whipple on a new Mustang, claim you have 800 horsepower and then slowly your car loses power because the cars cats start melting and the tune is not appropriate for the upgrade. Ford DOES NOT have dynos so how can they properly tune a car. They just tell you that the Whipple tune is all you need to do. Dont be a statistic like me. I am taking Ford to court after my car is put back together by the professionals. I hope for their sake I don’t get killed driving my car and having it shut down.

Nice build, and good times. The ET Street R's are great tires, but really heavy and likely contributed to your slower MPH. You should try to get more stick out of them, air them down more, and see if you can leave harder. Getting that 60ft down to a 1.49 will get you near that 10.5 run.

I'm a big fan of V6 engines. All that new American and Japanese equibus engines are just as powerful as v. H, depending on how you're using it. What you're using it for someone. Some of the best six cylinder engines are from porsche. Chevy and Ford and Chrysler do make good 6 cylinder engines. Not knocking say anything bad about 6 cylinders. I like them sometimes just as much as V8's. The pin down in your purpose, what you're using it for yes, nothing to beat a big V8 for a drag race, but in general, 6 million engines have been around just as long and are good use, you can get a lot out of it, horsepower wise. Someone that does not need a lot of horsepower like a 1000 horsepower. I would like to just have a 6 Engine. modify that and it could be a sleeper. Even 4 cylinders are pretty fast for what they are. What it's I want to use this for. Hot rotting could be in different forms.

Got mine coming this Thursday after a real bad experience with one of Bendpak distributors they honored a discounted price the distributor quoted me saying it was "on sale" but it was in reality an open box, the distributor lied, took my money and never sent the chair all the while blaming Bendpak, its parent company for the delays and giving zillions of empty promises and excuses, finlly after I yelled at them tired of being lied to they agree to cancel my order and issue a refund, Bendpak took it to make it right and is sending me a new in box chair for the discounted price, out the door, no taxes and 2nd day delivery, really nice recovery; I already have their M7K lift.
