A friend of mine talked me into getting this yesterday. I can’t put the game down. I just got 1 character to 30 and now I’m going to start leveling up Venomess. I’m really digging the game and I hope the Dev’s keep on adding to this game.

As a rock flipper I like it discovering more parts (quests, areas) of games by exploring. I can't leave a map unexplored fully, lol. And I think handcrafted worlds create a more immersive experience. Some games work well with procedural generation, but if you want to sell the idea this a real world changing the world on each playthrough wrecks that in a way.

i feel like this game looks worse than what i expected, it looks too much like a mobile game turned into a pc port right now, glad its alpha stage

I really like how zoomed out this game is. POE feels too zoomed in to me.

Aint got time to grind for classes should just be optional at start annoying

for me handcrafted maps is a con, because i'll play through game multiple times and it becomes boring really fast when each time you see exactly the same map and exactly the same scripted mob behavior. so this reduces replayability dramatically

Good summary of what's coming. Frustrating point though. Half the world has winter at a different time. (I know this is the developer, not you) (In this case you can figure out which by the 24/25 component.)

Im still unclear. Does the Ex-Cultist healing skill only work for teammates? So its useless if you play solo and not co-op? Or does it work solo as well?

Monster infrequents are also handcrafted, they have set affixes that can only roll higher or lower.

Only 3 masteries to begin with is a bit disappointing, just having 4 would instantly double our options.

Vulkan do you transform? Sorry. I discovered this level by killing a wild Alpaca in a dungeon. It's like the Phase Beast. Purple and opens a level to the Alpaca area. The name on it was Wild Alpaca from what I remember. I think I was level 8. Thanks so much for the video!

I really hope they bring back how they did uniques in TQ1. They had so many set items ranging from all levels even super low level sets that u may never fully obtain until 2 or 3 playthroughs. It really felt like Diablo 2 in a good way.

Works perfectly with my style challengee+invader is a really destroyer with 2 damage buff ring and 2 shield and regenerate health on shield plus amulet which give infinite ammo and extra 15% damage i give it 10 according to my playstyle

Game will be B2P without MTX. Once the game is fully released there will be smaller patches for free and expansion that will cost money. There will be no seasons and Endgame will be there in some form but is not the focus. It basically is the same monetization as TQ1.

Head Quest Designer already Said that they won't do seasons or new Game +....

i'm a bit scared that the game will be really underwhelming at the release of early access. way too simple talent trees and skill/spell modifying (PoE gem system or Last Epoch's separate skill talents are way more complex), no further character enhancing (like Grim Dawn's devotion system), i fell in love with the WASD movement in PoE, hopefully it will be implemented later. It looks like a newer graphic TQ1. I love TQ1 and had played it for hundreds of hours but it's 2025 now and face it, the standards are higher now then they were 20 yrs ago. I will buy the game as soon as possible and will have a blast with it for sure but there is no shame of using similar mechanics, call it copying then.. from other games. 3 classes and no multiplayer at the beginning is really shows the state of the game and how long it will take to reach 1.0. all the best for the devs but they will have a hard time to satisfy players.

This one has some extremely tough competition with PoE2 EA releasing before them. Can they even compete at all? D4 and Last Epoch also have their strengths and weaknesses, but remain in the top of active ARPGs as well. Feels like they will be competing against Grjm Dawn DLC rather than the big three at this point, but we'll see.
