An underrated film was ' It Came From Outer Space ', in which Barbara Rush played ' Ellen Fields '. That scene in the mine where her fiance shoots her was gruesome, even though there wasn't any explicit gore. But one can see the expression of shock and agony on her face which conveys clearly that Ellen Fields was shot through the lower abdomen in that scene. Unforgettable for a B picture .

Miss Kerr's name is pronounced like Car (the motor vehicle). Shame on the content creators for not even bothering to confirm how the actress they are profiling pronounced their name. Louis B. Mayer co-founder of MGM famously was quoted that when pronounced correctly, "Kerr rhymes with star." Don't even get me started on how the creator of this trash heap mispronounced Deborah's married name Viertel. The bit about a supposed affair Deborah was reported to have had with Marlon Brando whilst making a film together - the truth is that they never worked together on a film, a play, or anything. ***CLICK BATE***😢

I thought you would include Loretta Young especially when she was very young in the early 1930s. She was gorgeous in Midnight Mary, Employees Entrance, They Call It Sin, Born to Be Bad, Big Business Girl, an so many other films she made from age 17, 18, 19, and 20. What a face and a good actress too.

The Hollywood greats, left a lasting legacy and their lives in perpetuity thanks to film! Born in 1948, grew up with all of them thanks to their movies on television in the 1950s and 60s! Thanks for posting this, may they rest in peace~💜💜💜

Very nice video! Ingrid Bergman shares the same birthday, the same year as my grandma. She passed away in 2015 but just a couple months before turning 100, and she was an amazing woman with a very strong faith!

Barbara was my dad’s cousin. Her father, Roy, was my grandfather’s younger brother. She was always so kind and gracious. When my father passed away in 2015, Barbara wrote me a very nice letter recalling some of the adventures she and my dad had when they were growing up. I will miss her genuine smile. She could always light up a room with that smile!
