How is the ground clearance with the Pilot, and do you ever off-road with it? I've been looking at the pilots, as well as Nissan Armadas. Currently camping in a lifted Chevy Astro with AWD. I like being higher up, especially when we off road...but now looking for a different vehicle. I like that the Pilot gets better gas mileage, but I also travel with my kiddos, so space is essential.

Thanks so much. We've not tested the range or effectiveness yet (waiting for mosquito season) and we'll do a followup video. The specs indicate 10FT/20FT/40FT range based on the setting / how many mats are used. We'll definitely let you know our thoughts after we test that feature.

Is there a platform underneath the mattress? did you take out any seats?

We don't use a platform under the mattress; this way we are able to sit up in bed/ get in and out easily and we didn't remove the seats, they are folded. down. Hope that's helpful. 😊

This pump has a great design, low weight (120g) but only a very small 650mAh battery. The Max Pump 2 Plus weighs 190g and comes with a much larger 4800mAh battery.
