The focus of resistance to these stupid (falsely so-called) 'laws', ought to be on TWO aspects of this non-debate. 1 - BIG TOBACCO manufacture & market disposable vapes, (and as a result, are one of the 'best performing' CORPORATIONS on the N.Y. stock exchange currently). They are LITTER-PRODUCING, DECEPTIVELY LABELED (no mention of nicotine quantity in list of ingredients), and it is OBVIOUS that they have produced and released these suspect devices, to create a threat to the health-restoring, life-changing benefits of vaping instead of smoking, and ultimately, create a whole new generation of smokers, from the demographic of YOUNG VAPERS, who prviously NEVER SMOKED, who who will be driven to start smoking when their trouble-causing disposable e-cigs are banned. Aggregious corporate pressure is the sneaky & cowardly culprit. They buy 'fake-medical evidence', which is ultimately a DEADLY LIE from which big tobacco has no compunction, and no conscience profiting from.

So glad I've found an Aussie professional who shares my frustration, but personally, I'm also becoming more ANGRY by the day! Surprised to hear that YOU are being accused of taking money from BIG TOBACCO (the industry profiting from the expensive, wasteful & dubious disposable vaporisers). It is these greedy corporate bullies are, in my opinion, that are either bribing or threatening GOVERNMENT, not you! There is no other rational reason for these insane harmful, and profit-spinning regulations. Any idiot who has the audacity to call the restrictions LAWS is in for an argument from me, because I have a DUTY to disobey INSANE UNHEALTY policies.

Over 500 chemicals are added to the tobacco in cigarettes. Nicotine in NOT addictive, and is actually good for your health.

He is 100% correct. I smoked for ~30 years. Trying to quit was Hell. Then I switched to E-cigs with nicotine and quit smoking instantly with no trouble or craving at all. 10 years later, I quit nicotine in my E-cig, and prepared for the worst....nothing happened. Nothing at all. Then I just quit vaping and smoking all together. I still have the craving to "smoke" something, anything. But nicotine is NOT Addictive, at all. It is just a 40+ year physical habit of inhaling something. That and cigarettes are loaded with other chemicals to MAKE them addictive, but it's not the nicotine.

It's disgusting how the government claims vaping is a big tobacco plot to create a new generation of addicts, yet they approve vape products created by philip morris for prescription. I have always been skeptical of government regulations but generally had hope that those trusted to create public health policy wouldn't fuck around. But in a world where the war on drugs has failed so miserably, having hope that career politicians were capable of morality was naieve. This recent vape ban has not only made me lose any last shred of hope I had for our government but has made me double down in my disregard for the law. Why arent they charged with fraud when they manipulate an entire country and spread lies for financial gain, but I'm a criminal if I make choices that hurt no one but myself? Get fucked.

Key Features of the Anecdotal Evidence Fallacy: Generalization: The person draws a general conclusion from a single, often personal, example. Dismisses broader evidence: The individual example is used to dismiss widespread statistical data or research that points to a different conclusion. Subjectivity: Relies heavily on personal experience, which can be atypical and influenced by numerous subjective factors.

Ever notice that the smoke is blueish before you inhale your cigarette, and white/grey when you exhale the smoke, so where did the blue shit go 🤔thats the stuff your addicted to. My Grandpa said he used to smoke pure unprocessed tobacco and it was mild, pleasant and did not give you cravings like a drug addict. Its all the other 100 chemicals they add to smokes to keep you hooked.

For me coffee is addictive - if I take 3 cups a day for 1 month and suddenly stop, I have huge headaches. I vape and even if I spend all day vaping for weeks and suddenly stop, nothing happens. So, for me, coffee/cafeine is, nicotine isn't. That's my experience at least :)

Nicotine is not addictive, but they add addictive substances (and a lot of cancer causing crap) to regular cigarettes. That's why it's hard for people to quit. A woman I know went from store bought cigarettes to natural tobacco (right from nature). She experienced huge cravings even though she used the natural tobacco. So, it's not the nicotine that's addictive.

I have the same experience. I started smoking cigars at 44 and I've never felt addicted to it. I think chewing my nails or coffee is more addictive. I find smoking very enjoyable, but not addictive. I don't have any symptoms of withdrawal. I simply enjoy a cigar when I have time. 🤷‍♂

Great video sir from a common sense individual. In the last 5 years or so I've learned to be skeptical of and question almost everything. Do not put full faith in anything except God. I've never smoked but started on nicotine about 4 months ago. I bought about 300 4mg nicotine lozenges in bulk and break them in half to give me 2mg per doze. I take one to four everyday and I find one first thing in the morning on a work day as a great way to get rid of the morning sleepiness or if there is something a little stressful during the day. I follow and trust a lot of what Dr. Bryan Ardis has said, and given evidence for, surrounding the benefits of nicotine in counteracting and preventing the symptoms of covid and many other ailments that can impact the body. Smokers were least impacted by covid not because of the smoke but because of the nicotine. So we know the saying "don't throw out the baby with the bathwater", nicotine is the baby, and smoking is the bathwater - in other words smoking is bad for you, not nicotine. I also believe in high dosage of vitamin C, moderate dosing of vitamin D if not out in the sun like most people, quercetin and zinc - the right amount for your body weight. Avoid most vaccines like the plague, especially what they call the covid vaccine. I'm looking into Apricot seeds for their anti-cancer properties. So far in the last few years it seems all my decisions have been right. This is because I follow God fearing people and avoid learning from people who espouse secularism as the way. The credibility of many in the "healthcare" industry is destroyed. There is little money in prevention and lots of money in "treatment". Prevention best practices is the way. Nicotine is but one of these best practices amongst many others.

The tldr is: Zyn contains significantly less potentially-harmful chemicals (nickel, formaldehyde, ammonia) than even a cup of coffee. You already have a daily intake of things like chromium and ammonia from the foods you eat and, again, a daily dose of Zyn is an order of magnitude smaller than even that.

I read a recent study that showed microdosing nicotine could even have anti aging properties, by increasing levels of NAD+, a critical enzyme which has many cellular functions. Nicotine seems to stimulate a substance called NAMPT which is part of the NAD+ salvage pathway, and therefore increases the recycling of NAD+, which raises levels. We produce less and less NAD+ as we get older, and this could explain some of the consequences of aging.

I'm not a medical professional so can't really advise, however, I'm taking 1 mg of nicotine per day and I do feel better on it, but I'm also taking apigenin capsules, chamomile tea and elderberry extract as CD38 inhibitors, along with niacin as a raw material for NAD. The study I mentioned was on mice, so there needs to be a study on humans to establish an optimum dose. The original study can be found by searching for "Nicotine rebalances NAD+ homeostasis and improves aging-related symptoms in male mice by enhancing NAMPT activity".@@haveaniceday7950

Vaping is not as harmless as it was once thought. There have been countless amounts of people that have ended up in Doctors offices and hospitals with either lung infections, or some kind of decreased breathing functions, especially in today's youth which are most vulnerable. Promoting Vaping as a safe alternative is dangerous. We need to be pointing out that any nicotine delivery system is harmful.

Simply put if you take away vaping people including youths will return to smoking. This is the opposite of harm reduction. Disposable vaping is a multi billion dollar industry you can't just ban them and expect them to just go away. The black market will flourish with them once the ban goes into effect. I'll never understand why every country in the world is hell bent on banning vaping but they seem to turn a blind eye to the real killer (SMOKING 🚬)

It might be reminded that French studies on French teens showed up to 40% reduction in daily smoking at 17yo (depending on age experiment vaping). Also that the last 10y showed an historical reduction in smoking teens, and especially daily smoking at 17yo from 32% to 16% in less than a decade after a decade marked by -10%. Also in French teens public records a regular <1% daily vaping in never smokers…

That was a really silly decision of France it gives other countries that are more of an alarmist state like Australia, even more excuses to double down on their complete ban of vaping silly, silly decision and not backed up with any research at all, shame on you, France. Even if you said this was because of more rubbish in the street, at least that would've been more believable than this nonsense about protecting children. This has nothing about protecting children. This has to do with doctors and their individual studies into tobacco harm reduction in the millions of dollars in grants not to mention the billions of dollars in tobacco tax it's not just about the money a lot of this is about personal pride and the fact that a lot of people have been proven wrong and they do not like it which is dangerous because it's the smokers that are trying to make a healthier choice to go to a vape that will ultimately pay the price with their own health because of these stupid decisions

As an ex 3 pack a day smoker when I smoked I suffered with bronchitis attacks, Sinus & Upper Respiratory Infections, Shortness of breath & High Blood Pressure from my smoking addiction. I tried everything to stop smoking over the years & nothing ever worked, I lost both my parents to smoking related cancer & this still did not stop me smoking. 11 years ago I was introduced to Vaping since then all my medical issues gone nothing nada zip zilch. Keep up the Fantastic Work.
