Newer tools in the latest versions of ArcGIS Pro make this much easier... the Table to Excel function is useful, but "highlight, copy and paste - from the attribute table to Excel is even easier. Using the website 'Statskingdom.com" makes ANOVA testing even easier. I'll probably pull this down, deprecate it and build a new tutorial soon.

When you save your files (maps) try to give them unique names that include perhaps YOUR name, because as we are finding out, the software does not like duplicate names for files at the same university or organization!

Thanks for sharing this Steve, this has been super helpful to me. I randomly had an idea to do this for my own country, (I live outside the US) The main challenge though is getting data, especially with lat and longitude. Do you think it makes sense to try to scrape it from the newspapers?

NOTE - a step could be added to this tutorial. At 10:30 into the video, you are instructed to complete the =SUBSTITUTE function, that MAY not be adequate. You may need to add another step in which you add a column and concatenate a space " " to the back of random two-digit number you created. So that what you substitute for "00_ _" is a random number+ a space.(e.g, "32_"). This will ensure that the directional indicators (E, W,S, N) will be separated by at least one space from the last to digits of the street address.
