I mean, not everyone is trying to get their full calories in a day, some days you listen to your body and some days you might eat a little more, others a bit less. Anyway, did you see the plate she had for lunch?? Sometimes you eat a meal so large you’re not as hungry for the next one so a snack will hold you over, it’s really not that bad if we think about these “what I eat in a day” videos more realistically and less idealistically.
