That's fine though, I was born and raised in London and it does not suit me to live there permanently and `I knew this even as a child. I moved to Abuja in 2021 and prefer to live there over London, although I spend the summer in London, mostly. There is not enough money in the world that can see me living in Lagos, though, but I LOVE Abuja. it's just more my vibe. I've been working remotely from Accra since September , it's been nice but I know I can't live here either, even though for some they do and love it. So, go where suits you personally, explore......see it all!

I will say that Nigerian people are impressive, i'm just not impressed by those in power. At least most of them, by the way live the story behind Benin City and their past meadures of protecting themselves. Most of the buildings are beautiful, but a lot needs to be done in the area of infrastructure so that a very capable country will evolve. ❤

“I wasn’t sure if I would fit into the culture again” is enough to call this video a wrap
@james56660

Same with me. It’s a wrap. Some Nigerians will de market their own country for Akara views. The only country in Africa that does this. No be Juju be that.

It's actually not, when you are outside, your ways also adapt and change. some 'cultures' or ways then begin seem foreign to you, even though they were once your ways too.

If you voted for APC then you have forfeited every right to leave Nigeria. *_You are not a victim of Nigeria, you are the cause of Nigeria._* So, please get on the next plane and get yourself back to Nigeria. If you played no part in the *_APC curse_* on Nigeria, then we wish you all the very best in the next chapter of your life and in all your endeavours in England

😂 ... the curse of APC! Abeg leave Ajala baby alone o ... she certainly had no idea or any hand in that matter. More like an Obedient, as a GenZ! @Busayo_ad, the excitement in your voice is captivating. But after such a blizz, you will be exhausted and I agree that, living in Nigeria, for anyone who has been a way for a while, is draining. The perennial disappointments, hopeless governance structures with Never Expecting Power Availability aka NEPA, even our people have had enough, and Japa is the mantra. Enjoy your respite in UK this pikin 🎉

Bullshit??? Really?? This is rude, that’s your experience so don’t expect everyone to feel the same. I left my country too had a few challenges fitting in, it’s still home and my pride but I struggled living there after my return. Everyone is allowed to feel how they feel please

Imagine spending 5yrs in Benin City and not going away to London in that period. If you can positively say it will be a great experience then I might accept your claim, but the fact is, while most will manage living in saner societies continually and hv peace of mind, the converse would be the case in Nigeria. Truth can be bitter!
