My favorite prayer I heard was from a Christian college professor. It was so simple, genuine, and brief. I expected lots of fancy words, scriptures and all. I was deeply touched

That's why I LOVE Transformation Church! Pastor Mike combines both, The Word of God and The Holy Spirit in his teachings and ministry because one can't be sound without the other... 2 Timothy 3: 16-17 says, "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work" AND Jesus PROMISED to gift us with Holy Spirit - John 14: 15-17 - to continue the work of The Kingdom here on earth. At the end of the day, whether having more Spirit or more Word in the physical church, the question should potentially be, "are we doing all that we do for the enhanced re-presentation of God's Kingdom? Are we drawing souls to Christ whether we teach strictly from either the Bible/Spirit or both? And are we walking in God's Spirit of Love." #Blessings!

Horrid take. Many countries still prosecute Cristians, so it's not the hardest to be one in the West. Furthermore, it's a horrible idea to create desperation to steep people towards your religion. And if I remember correctly, the desperation that led to this Jesus movement also resulted in a good amount of crime. And who's to say that the religion people chose will be Christianity and not "dog eat dog, I take everything O want" philosophies. Horrid take all round.
