I don't know why people are even comparing this to Metallica... No contest

Lyrics: A breeze in the morning, growth in bloom His day for revenge now The firearm's already in-tune Focused on getting back But he's living a lie, talks immortal (immortal) And he's ready to die, talks of freedom (freedom) The sound of the bells now gone And round for round, it goes A boy in the Kevlar strikes now Round by round, he goes If this is the last time, I will hold your hand I'll always remember this last time I'll see you The fear, it came alive The sirens of mourning, all consumed This life, forever changed Taken too early, too soon Show us how life comes back But we live in a lie, in corruption (corruption) And we let this child die, talks of triumph (triumph) The sound of the bells now gone And round for round, it goes A boy in the Kevlar strikes now Round by round, he goes If this is the last time, I will hold your hand I'll always remember this last time I'll see you The fear, it came alive If this is the last time, we will hold our hands I will always hold on, hold on The fear, it came alive I feel the ground falling I feel it, but I can't tell Am I still here? Is this an uplifting song? The lyrics towards the end are really deep but straightforward. It's awesome

Neural DSP Gojira...yet no one has recreated that sound with it. Insanely tight crunch. I can't dial it in with gojira at all.

God DAMN this song! Musically its a beautifully haunting masterpiece!! But then when you look at the lyrics and see it's all based on school shootings, it's a fucking kick to the gut! I myself don't have kids, don't want any but I can't imagine the fear parents must feel everyday sending their kids to where they are supposed to be safe only to fear getting calls or seeing news about a shooting. This line in particular seems to always get to me, just imagining people hiding in fear @02:24 : "If this is the last time, I will hold your hand I'll always remember this last time I'll see you"

Saw you guys in Pittsburgh, PA, USA for the first time when you opened for SlipKnoT. I’m sure you don’t remember but Fredrick pointed at me and gave me the “fist to chest” bump. I was sitting near the stage on the left (as you face the crowd). It inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and pick up a bass and start learning. I got 10 bass lessons through Guitars for Veterans and started my journey. Even though I’m 54 years old, my mind is still young and my energy flows. Love your music guys! Hope to see you again in the United States. Thank you for your inspiration. ❤

They were great on the tour with Fear Factory and Machine Head. If their WA stop with Slipknot had them, I would have gone for them (sadly, Vended took over the tour opening slot before WA)

Pretty boring, standard rhythm guitar playing turned way up in the mix, same with average double kick drumming and shouty vocals trying to portray a sense of aggression!.🎸
