This "Spartan" is anything but! 😁 I've never seen an in-wall oven in a trailer before. Vintage is very refreshing, after so many years of monochrome modern.

My hubs and I lived in this same model mobile home in a park in Huntington beach, California. We loved it and lived there until our son was old enough he needed his own bedroom. My mom was gutted when she heard we were going to live in a mobile home park until she came to visit then she was hooked! Across the highway from the beach, wonderful neighbors and the mobile home was gorgeous. It was everything.

Had the opportunity to buy one identical to this one for $800 about 23 years ago. It was being used as a storage shed on a farm. Other than needing some major cleaning and some light cosmetic stuff, it was in excellent original condition. Still kicking myself today for not jumping on it, especially when I see something like this.

I mean really? Not being mean or ugly,but this trailer is the reason trailers had such a great reputations and that is hard too keep these day’s. The funny thing is this is as rare as it gets? This is the lost Corvette. I donot mean harm in quoting this but here we go,,,,this home here would list as a excellent or magnificent this is in the neighborhood of the low figure? $110,000 dollars! The last I seen sold was in My home state Charleston SC,it went for a staggering $135,000 . Then you have those kind that have no idea how many thousands it will cost if you even come close this Spartan,and for the right person at the right time it will be even more due to the fact a auctioneers will keep bidding once the big fish enters the room! If you tried to build this home today,,,$225,00. $275,000?? Until you have seen what lies behind those doors you will pick your jaw up off the floor! The closure is? There has never been any company to challenge the likes of these craftsmanship was because these men were NASA engineers! When they became a part of this lay off these aerospace engineers designed these to be as close tolerances and it was built like a military air plane. But when you see this rare gem you see the entire front open with beautiful views. These are lucky people and blessed. God bless

This fills me with nostalgia. I lived in a 1959 Marlette when I was in graduate school. The trailer was cute, complete and cheap for a college student. I have nothing but warm fuzzy memories of it. (and I have a degree)
