Nice, was kept up well. That extra roof over it is almost a necessity with any mobile home, if they want it to last any length of time. I would have wanted that extra roof and patio to extend out even further on both sides of the mobile home. Because these were licensed as a mobile home, not just a camper, it can be set up on private land, or in a mobile home park. Wish that the laws were changed on tiny houses, and park models [large campers,] so that they could legally be set up on land and in mobile home parks, one would think with the housing crises in many states now, that this would have been legislation rushed through their state house.
