Wouldn't it be salty?
@FoodTech10111 күн бұрын
@danlopresto1123 Great question. Salt requires moisture to transfer its properties. As both salt and rice are dried products the salt acts purely as a cooking medium. Now this is how cooking is done. Researching the physics of it, understanding why its done in certain ways, improving the process while making it cheaper and healthier than buying it from a factory. And still making it easy to follow as a step by step guide compared to other cooking channels that usually adds extra steps for no needed reason. Great video, would try if I had rice!

Wonderful, entertaining review. Thanks for sharing! I'm in the market for one for a friend. He is really not a kitchen dude, but loves the soup I make. Alas, he just would not attempt multi-ingredient soups, or benefit from an instant pot, so I thought about the 'dump and cook' alternative. Personally, I make soup in a big pot, and finish it with a stick blender. That way, I get to control the chunky/smooth ratio. However, I can understand that being able to simplify the process of eliminating junk food from our diet has to be a good thing. Again, thanks for sharing.

You can do exactly the same in a normal pot and just use a stick blender when it’s cooked. One less large gadget in the kitchen.
