I love how she smiles when he kisses her. It's almost like she was waiting for him to do it. They have one of the most realistic slow burn in period romance. Can't wait for season 3.

it does need more charm moments or zesty twinkle comebacks like there were in Downton Abby. Ada for sure,, perhaps the daughter when she smiles and can be in charge of herself. There was not twinkle of a flirt between Larry and Marian before the kiss., like there was with the Lawyer. Good luck I like the show, I would like to live it!

I told my mum since season 1 that they were meant to be together but she didn’t quite believe that it would happen as they seemed to just be keeping them friendly but I just knew it!! So excited to see their relationship grow in the upcoming seasons🥹🥰

@camerachica73 You know what? That is in realm of possibilities. I was disappointed that Mr. Raikes was absent this season. For all we know, the late Mr. Brooks probably learned from his isolation of his sisters and having a beloved daughter who adored him and invested in the Russell's company.
