Simple logic, find restriction in motion of a joint, improve motion of the joint, restore normal function.

So, it's no longer torn because of this treatment? C'mon
@TheSourceChiropracticКүн бұрын
Didn’t say it’s no longer torn. Just that the majority of people see great pain relief and improved function. Havnt seen anyone who didn’t see improved flexibility, more joint ROM, decreased muscle tension, improved tibia, patella motion, better gait and squat mechanics

Can you please explain how to safely foam roll with rheumatoid arthritis. Cause balance issues and being stiff
@luzhinojosa124917 күн бұрын
How often should we foam Massage it ? I have done it twice this week and I am very sore ,should I let it rest for like one or two days?

I love your foam roller exercise for the IT band. I fine this helpful since I overstretched my hip flexor doing the pigeon position in yoga. This gives me relief, thank you!

Hi Doc, I have POPTELIA pain in back of my knee, it went away once but I tripped up and it's back. Some days are good some are not. You are an amazing Doc resetting this man's knees and hip! I see that you practice out of California, I am in Virginia. Do you offer self help videos that resets the Poptelia?

hey Doc, I know running is running, but would these also been good to do before sprinting or would we want more "dynamic" exercise pre sprinting?
@TheSourceChiropractic4 ай бұрын
Yes however I would typically recommend keeping it dynamic and not a static stretch
