You can cry all you want and say i don't want people to think that about me, but that first sentence, "When I was being interviewed by town and country." who else gets interviewed by town and country? I understand what you are trying to say, but when you have a successful business, vlog and career and are raking in money it's very easy to have joy. Myself, I am a widow who just found your channel. My transmission just went out in my van, I have not had water for a month and a half, and its going to take lots of work to fix the issues, and I live on a teacher's salary, so where is my joy? I'm not blaming you for my issues, I am just wanting you to see the bigger picture and see what you have and know that others cannot help but wish and compare and say if only. I hope I can get to that at some point in my life.

Love watching Ruth and her family. It's fun engaging with lovely women with such similar interests. I love encouraging other women and offering support and true friendship. Always give with no expectations! I wanted to also say, I love watching the videos while I am cooking or cleaning or doing dishes. It makes me feel like Ruth is right here with me and it helps in my times of need, such as the upcoming Holidays, I find myself very sad, missing my Mother and Grandparents who are no longer here with us on Earth. Listening to Ruth helps put things into perspective and helps me appreciate the beautiful life I had with family. I was blessed! A beautiful friendship with the blessing of the love of Christ! As a Bible believing Christian, I am saddened by the hate in this country and the evil agendas. We are making progress. I believe we should love others, as Jesus loves us, not according to race, gender, etc. The deep, most treasured joy is birthed in a place where no one is beyond loving. Praying for healing for our nation, safety and harmony.

Ruth, this needs to be MUCH longer! Please! I would like to hear more about your tough discussions, if you're both willing to share. I think this is still so needed today. How to approach, how to be sure your being gentle, kind and truthful but knowing when & where to stop and not walk away angry or with hurt feelings. This applies to anyone and everyone you know. This can be a skill that can take a life to hone but we gotta start somewhere. I'm a person that I can disagree with someone and not get angry but it seems so many can't. Please share your knowledge to making and maintaining friendships. ❤ Thank you for this series. I'm checking on Terry's books. I wasn't familiar with her. Her next book sounds very interesting!

Wow. Beautiful authentic female connection, this is something we all strive for, yet is so difficult to find today. We all have to remember, we have far more similarities with other women, even when coming from different backgrounds, beliefs, cultures… at our core, we are all the same.

I don't think we are really to compare ourselves with one another. Humans aren't our "model" for this Christian Journey, Jesus is. I try my best not to look to the left or to the right (at what other women are doing). It takes my focus off Him.

We did the same when Joe Biden won 🏆. Our friendship is much more powerful than our political views. ❤ Our families will always be stronger than a political view. We were raised that way.❤

I just had to find your you-tube video again on Barely Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe to let you know how MUCH I've enjoyed that recipe. I'm retired and have time to make those cookies often. Over the past 6 months or so, I've made them probably 5 or more times. The recipe is SO great for freezing a log of the dough, take them out, slice, and bake for anytime I need a gift for someone, or just for family. I've shared them with my vet, my auto mechanic, my handyman, my friends, and now I promised them to the city worker who has given me permission to remove an old sign at the street that does nothing to add beauty to my flower bed. That is positively the best chocolate cookie recipe ever. Thank you, ever so much, for generously sharing that recipe with us. Now, I'm going to your video list and find another recipe to try, maybe a Thanksgiving recipe.
