A lot of people I'm seeing are saying 17 should've dodged, but I don't know. It seems like everything was moving faster than what is shown (5 minutes fight stretched out for multiple episodes, remember?) therefore there was indeed no time to dodge.

When I was a kid i had this thought for many years, does Cell really need to absord 17 first and then 18 after that? Or if Cell can absord 18 first before 17? And if he does absorb 18 first does his appearance be the same as the one after he absorb 17?
