I have been practicing Ashtanga for about 15 years. When I first discovered John Scott, he completely renewed my love for the practice and was instrumental in the deepening of practice, and connection to the beauty of all things. There are many talented instructors, but John has a very special place in my journey. Stick with it, learn the value of breath, and patience! Best to you in your journey!

If you dont mind, would it be ok for me to share this on John's Social media?? No worries if you'd rather just leave it here. Thanks again for posting your comment. G. -- JSY

Love the messege Jhon, and just starting to feel it in my life after a 2 years respectful and disciplined practice, each time it becomes more subtle... Like if each time you join with the Life Vibration and Rhytm, and life and the practice become more in to a flow state, less resistance and more guide... :)
