Father ky sath q k male ki custody 7 saal maan ko di jati hy or osky bad bachy ki marzi hoti hy agar bacha bap ky sath jana chahy to bap ko custody di jati hy or female kelye until puberty 18 tak mother osky bad will py depend krta hy...lekin yahan maan ny apny custody time ko bap ky hawaly kiye rakha or jab ji chaha ly liye..if I were a judge in this case, I would have never given custody to mother in this case!
