Ahmad Farhad shah case will be read under abduction/kidnapping or wrongful detain ? Because Justice Mohsin Akhtar kayani told in the recent proceeding of all missing persons to be kidnapping , what would we consider in this aspect ?

It would be considered Abduction because when bad intention involves in abduction then this section complete and here is bad intention which is wrongful detention

First clear your own concepts . Accord. To Section 359 Kidnapping has two kinds kidnapping from Pakistan and Kindnapping from lawful Guardianship. Kidnapping from Pakistan is stated in section 360 which states that " Whoever Coveys any person beyond the limits of Pakistan ...." Here any person means not only child, minor, old.All are included here. Then how can you said , kidnapping is only stealing of child????
