I saw another person does it without cornstarch using only 1/2 tsp gdl + 1 tbsp water. Maybe it's ok to skip that?

Thank you so much for this video! I’ve watched several Pan Mee recipes, but yours was the easiest to follow and understand. This was my first time making it, and it turned out delicious-my spouse, who’s quite picky with food, even approved! As a Chinese Malaysian, I’m used to strong flavors. If you prefer a milder taste, you can reduce the amount of oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and soy sauce. I also added two small slices of ginger while cooking the minced chicken, and it made the dish even better. Plus, the shallot oil really takes it to the next level with its amazing fragrance! I’ll definitely keep supporting and learning from your recipes. Thanks again for your effort!

你的方式繁杂麻煩,而且無咬口感,因為芋泥只有香而無口咬感。刨芋絲,切芋粒才有口咬感覺芋頭的香味。
