5:20 Season 1. I've rewatched this season at least three times and what I can say is that I geniuenlly disliked the whole "scarab arc" as much as I did on my first watch but my opinion back in 2019 was that everything else in the fire chapter was great still holds up. When the Ice Chapter released I was geniuenlly disapointed by "Kajiu Protocol" as it was RIGHT WHEN ZANE WAS REVEALED TO BE THE ICE EMPEROR. In my eyes placing Kaiju Protocol in place of Absolute Worst and maybe placing Absolute worst as maybe the first episode of the Ice Chapter with the change of letting The Mechanic loose, it would not only make the episode be less of a filler but a build up to Mechanic's role in Prime Empire

its actually been confirmed that time in the never realm is actually that different to ninjago. its just that instead of just sending zane to the never realm, aspheera also sent him back in time. if time in the never realm was actually far faster in comparison to ninjago then for the ninja, hundreds of years would have to pass for them to come out to wu days later

It honestly is, sure the changes weren’t exactly pleasant for the first time especially considering a few cringe moments and dumbing the show down a bit but honestly. I appreciate the amazing fight scenes, story telling, having a lot of episodes and just overall Ninjago stuff for a whole summer so it has a special place in my heart.

Honestly, I've really liked this season. Ever since I was watching the episodes were first uploaded to youtube. The "filler" episodes never really bothered me. And while I preferred the old episode format, the jump to 11 minutes wasn't THAT bad.

2:03 Tbh I still don’t like the ninja being lazy in Wasted Potential because it feels like season 1. These guys have gone through so much and have grown from being lazy that it feels like they’ve been reset. The first episode shows them learning why they should stay in shape and not be lazy. After that they aren’t really lazy, yes, they do still good off but that isn’t really laziness. I think something that would make this more enjoyable to me is if it was the ninja’s want for quests from Questing for Quests was because of boredom and was in Wasted Potential. We've seen the ninja be bored like for example the start of Rebooted and they've never really learned anything from becoming bored. How I think their boredom could be in Wasted Potential is by having the ninja enjoy goofing off and resting at first and then become bored. They’ve had a lot of time to rest and are ready to start another quest. This could lead to Questing for Quests. I wouldn’t change a thing after that until they’re about to release Aspheera. They're on a quest and want to continue on it and their boredom could cause them to release her instead of checking if they should solve the puzzle. They could learn to not let their boredom to consume them and cause them to act hasty. Would this change fix this problem for me? Maybe, maybe not but that's how I think it could've been more enjoyable for me.

Nahdakhan is a truly outstanding character that only the Hageman brothers could have created. The amount of depth and intrigue is captivating, and the new team of writers could never portray characters as engaging as him or Chen

tbh i kinda like the core spinners for their show accuracy. you can also just display them without the dome and it looks pretty good.

I used to despise this season but after a while and a bit of rethinking some parts of it, i think it's just ok, kind of painfully mediocre at some points and a good chunk of the concepts it had have an execution ranging from decent-ish(kai's powerless arc) to disappointing(the never realm) but not a worst season of the show material(leave that to crystallized). Also ngl i feel like a part of what made this season so hated is just the absurd whiplash people must've felt by going from the dark and mature oni trilogy to the overly light tone of season 11.

If never-realm had faster passage of time, basically no time would have passed in their absence in Ninjago and Kaiju protocol wouldn't have had time to occur. I think this was confirmed by Andreasen.

by no means is this the best season of the series but it has it's great moments both in the fire and ice chapter i think the concept of forbidden spinjitzu is really cool and i love alot of the new characters personally despite it's flaws i really do like this season for what it is

I still don’t love season 11 but I believe it’s better than season 7 and has a lot of fun episodes.
