TBH I don't want Ras and Arin to be the main antagonists in Season 3. There should be a build up with them overcoming the loss of the Wolf Clan and them surviving wherever they ended up, which builds Arin into a stronger fighter. This Season should primarily focus on the 5.

This season is going to be huge. 3 villain factions Morro returning Jay still being a villain And Zane seems to have a buff form, like in the manga (just a theory based on leaks)

Well, I can understand your points, but in my view, he is just overpowered and doesn't feel like a good villain due to that. But I agree with the point, that his crew turned against him, it's a good arc. Watching season 6 felt like the Ninja Team is getting smaller all the time, also in season 12, both Jay seasons and Nya and Jay are always the last ones. I just wonder why they did it two times similar.

You know, now that I think about it: If nya knew that Ras tries to undo the merge, she might join the Arin&Ras gang too. After all, as it stands now, this is the only way she could ever get jay back. Cole would absolutely not want to reverse the merge bc that would mean he never met the finders, and they mean so much to him now (Geo, Bonzel, the kids) Lloyd would probably not change his mind, he probably doesn't think it's a good idea to interfere with reality like that, he probably doesn't wanna mess with time like that. Zane might join Ras as well because it's the most logical thing to do. The merge is the cause of all their problems right now, so reversing it seems like the best solution. Also, he could get Pixal back. I'm not entirely sure what Kai would do, but if I had to take a guess, I think he's be on Lloyd's side. Wyldfyre would not want to reverse the merge, 'cuz that would mean she'd loose Roby. And Sora would DEFINITLY not want to reverse the merge, because EVERY GOOD THING in her life happened thanks to the merge.

"Could confused viewers As to whos really good and whos really bad" isnt that the point? What i believe makes a good villain is one who people understand. Take thanos, theres many people who agree with and side with thanos' ideas. Ras being someone who you can actually understand makes him more of a human, and in my opinion, a better villain

Here's my take on it the merge was caused by wu due to the time blames being lost within the time stream time is a very delicate it control the very fabric of reality and did anyone else notice that when the merge was happening the coloiuscheme was very similar to when they were traveling through time via the iron doom if thats the case the reversal blade may be the solution and also there wu would not be the only one at fault so would kai and nya

@ he's in the dragonian village set, plus the dragonians are working with the forbidden Five just like Jay, the dragonians are probably Jay's army and thus working with the Forbidding Five because Jay is too. The Dragonians arent the Forbidden Five's army because their army was the wolf clan, which was captured, and the dragonians are probably from the brand new realm confirmed to be shown in season 3

I kind of agree I know Wu admitted that he caused the merge but ras told arin that Wu caused the merge way before Wu admitted it to arin so how would lord ras know that if he was did not play a part in causing the merge that sounds suspicious to me too I also would like to see the ninjas reverse the merge some how and return jay’s memory’s by destroying the gong of shattering and the mallet of shattering or Nya could kiss jay and possibly return his memories sence that did work when jay became a snake when jay once became a snake Nya kissed him healing him from the poison venom of the devoure blade maybe that could work again be Nya kissing jay again possibly returning his memories because nyas kiss would feel familiar to jay if Nya kissed him maybe that could return his memories or not I don’t know but I’m interested to find out how exactly the ninjas return jay’s memories I also hope the ninjas can find a way to return arin to the ninjas and see Lloyd jay Kai Cole Nya Zane master Wu arin sora and frack reunited with the ninjas team ready to beat the forbidden 5 or lord ras army of dragonions it be cool to see the full ninjas team reunited ready to stop the next threat threatening ninjago

0:03 The other huge problem I found out about Ras after the second half of season 2 was that he left us so many mysterious unsolved that I really wish were solved before the end of the season. 2:50 I’m definitely on team ninja, always was, always have been, always will be. Plus, besides the five, why would we be on the side of the tiger that wanted to free the most dangerous elemental masters (who obviously don’t have elemental powers, since we never saw Nokt use his once throughout the tournament, that also counts as cheating) throughout the Merged lands without thinking more clearly? Plus how do we know Ras wasn’t the real cause of the Merge and made Wu believe he really caused it if you think about it? Wu admitted that he caused it, sure. But how did Ras know exactly? Ras knows a lot about the Merge which makes him more than suspicious. How do we know he wasn’t the real reason Jay lost his memory and blamed the Merge to throw off suspicions on him? How does he know Arin’s parents went missing in the merge without any proper source or any proof? Knowing Ras, he just told Arin what he wanted to hear so he could use him for his plans by shattering his mind. (It’s what I call his manipulation) How do we know that Ras didn’t steal a dragon icon from Wu to capture a Source Dragon for Imperium?

When it comes to the parents storyline, Arin just wants Jay to be able to access the files for him. Since Ras is Arin's only way to find jay, he probably picked up on that and used that to manipulate him. I doubt he actually knows anything about Arin's parents. I think the only real explanation for Ras knowing about who caused the merge is if his master turns out to be a source dragon, and the source dragons know who caused the merge. However I'm not going to do the writer's jobs for them, they need to explain this.

@@timebomb42 well yeah they do, but they need to explain alot more than the cause of the merge. You know, how Ras knew about Wu, how he knew Jay was a ninja and the Merge made Jay loose his memories without any further proof or source of information. And I mean a whole lot more. Immediately I’ve been having doubts that a Source Dragon could be Ras’ master, most people claimed it’s the Strength one, now I’m starting to reconsider. Still doesn’t change the fact if Strength Source Dragon is Ras’ master, then he could’ve given his own energy to Ras so he wouldn’t have to crossover to Imperium before the Merge. But I personally think that it could be someone that took possession of Master Wu. Like Wu took the form of a spirit to escape from his own body for a little bit of time to aid his students, that could be how Ras’ master knew Wu was trying to help Jay remember and looked inside his head and told Ras about Jay in the administration having amnesia and was a ninja. (Yeah that is a lot, I know)

Pretty sure doc confirmed that ras was getting "secret" information from his master like knowing who bonzle is, lloyds last name etc.

@@rwqfsfasxc4668 okay now that’s more than a very big lead. Did he say how his master knew about Lloyd’s last name? Bonzle being a spell? What’s Ras’ master’s source or beaf at knowing everything about the ninja or the merge?

@jgabs12studios74 I'm not denying that there is still a ton of things that do need to be explained........ However those things can be explained. In fact that's something that I have really grown to love about Dr, it's not just one season enclosed story lines, it's several seasons worth of build ups and payoffs. Now if the series gets to an end and a lot of the stuff still hasn't explained, then we can criticize.

I really hope in Ninjago dragons rising season 3 the Ninja get the team back together at full strength. They find and destroy the forbidden 5. They heal Jays inner goodness by destroying the mallet and gong of shattering and when that happens Jay gets his memories back. And most importantly I really hope the Ninja find the answer to reversing the merge and resetting the 16 realms back to normal, probably in the last season of dragons rising.

I can say you this:This won't happened next season. I mean,not only would that be too much for one season. And also: They probably won't make a this easy going finale season. And one extra for you: The creators of dragon's rising said themselves that this show will go on for probably 5-7 Seasons

I think the forbidden five should stay as villains for a while plotting more in the background but I do agree with Jay and Arin coming back to the team

The merged lands are so much more interesting from a writing standpoint than all 16 realms being separate. I hop it stays merged for the rest of ninjago because of how much there is to explore with such a good concept
