Hi there You can try with a rubber mallet, if that doesn’t work where the holes in the ring are you can use a center point in the cup and slightly hit the hole where the screw you remove will go, that should lose it allowing you eventually to remove it Hope this helps

Eso si es buena pregunta Es bastante complicado Pero recomiendo se asegure de remover todos los tornillos ahí en el vídeo lo explicó Para remover una vez hallan salido todos los tornillos, con espátulas y desarmadores planos martillo, y a darle con paciencia eventualmente sale

Great question Is hard to know I have encountered this issue more on mixers from the 80s more often than the much older units like mixers from the 60s I don’t know why maybe the quality of the material on the main shaft is not the Same as the really old ones .

Hola gracias por tu pregunta En la hl600 legacy en el data plate dise 1ph or 3ph es bien simple de saber ejemplo si la quieres usar en single phase no se usa la linea 3 solo 1&2 Ahora no estoy famirializado en legacy’s con el voltage 460 Que imagino Que hay pero no se las configuración Solo se en el modelo h600 que se puede usar a 230vlt 3 phase oh ah 460vlt en ese el motor trae el diagrama para aser el cambió pero repito en legacy en 460vlt no te sabría ayudar

Off course I agree auto paint will give me a better finish and protection As it matter of fact I use to paint 15 years ago But here in California solvent paint is illegal since 2010 if am not mistaken now is water base paint and if you know about painting water base paint for vehicles is a bit more complicated to use than solvent, that’s why for now I use spray paint, I know for a fact from another dealer that does takes his mixers to a body shop literally his spending a bit over $1500 a unit so here in cal is expensive to do it that way that’s why I rather do it this way and pay special attention more to mechanics in the motor And transmission in the long run that’s what matters more than a fancy expensive paint job Do appreciate your opinion thank you sir.

You need to be more specific Example at the bottom the bearing is self aligned so it moves its design that way on h600 so once installed it’s going to move sideways but once everything is assembled the worm gear shaft will be pretty tight, I understand that this might be what you are talking about it if you refer to something else write me again will try to figure it out.

@@calucoelsv yes this is what am talking about, but when everything is assembled and I put flour and start it the gear just moves away from the motor gear and don't turn the other gears.

Hi thank you for your comment In regards of laying down it works for us perfectly, you can do it with out laying down, is just a bit more challenging but it can be done. You can also try with an extractor but it’s also challenging, that’s why I don’t bother to try it with an extractor but the option is there.

No they didn’t left them outside They had a cleaning service company to clean their kitchen they have like 12 140qts so I guess is much easier for the cleaning company to pressure wash their equipment including the mixers…

Hola buenas noches Suena como que estuviese quebrada una cunña en el piñón de velocidades pera a la vez pudiese ser algo más pero bien posible una cuña que controla la velocidad creo 3ra y 4ta también no estaria trabajando si es la cuña que digo Hay una forma un poco peligrosa de saber pero si la 3ra no funcióna no pasa nada se trata de prender la máquina sin nada y poner 3ra y tratar de agarrar el planetario con ambas manos si lo logras detener es una cuña si no será algo más espero y esta breve explicación te ayude

hola buenas noches es muy posible que una cuña en el piñon donde esta el engrane de bronze se halla quebrado, por lo general un 99% siempre es una cuña en ese piñon pero también pueda ser algo mas pero me inclino por una cuña quebrada, eso suele suceder

suggestion is replace all 3 screw spring assy part # 00-103652 that is my suggestion could something else that would be what I would do hope this helps
