Do you have a full body band workout. You are very descriptive. You don’t even have to look at the screen. Makes it raiser to concentrate on moves.

Would you be able to show beginner exercises for traps, rhomboids, serratus anterior and pec minor. Basically the entire shoulder girdle for stability and to get out of the poor posture. I have pec minor syndrome and thoracic out syndrome

surely best contraction for a fly is when the hands are together in front, you want the bends to pull your arms apart essentially. This set up is not really achieving that.

How many days a week should you workout with resistance bands?
@dogecoin1692
@dogecoin1692 Жыл бұрын
Each muscle group should be hit once a week at least but twice a week is very good. Also, use high high reps and sets. Something like 4x12. Higher resistance and lower reps for bands just doesn’t really work well.
@datura_boof
@datura_boof Жыл бұрын
@@dogecoin1692 i quit doing 4x12s and started getting way better results doing the following: do reps until you are unable for each set for 3-4 sets. try to target between 15-30 reps each set, max 30 seconds rest between each set

You should not strech your arms when you take the band back. Start bending the arm forward from elbow, and then stretch the arm when going forward, squeeze your shoulders as much as possible.

chest flys with a band or on the dual pulley machine is the best way to get a great contraction. never liked flys and I always steered people away from doing them towards doing the pec dec or dual pulley. i mean if you really enjoy doing them then they're fine but there are better alternatives.

I don't like the standing hamstring curl because tension dies halfway through the movement. The prone hamstring curl is much better in my opinion. Just attach the band lower on the door, then lay on your front with your feet pointing at the door. Now you can contract the hamstring through its full range of motion without losing tension. Nice gym btw!

Lower the anchor point and do the exercise on your knee's, and just a tip keep your wrist's straight in line with your elbows There will be less stress on your wrist then. And try to keep your elbows in line with your shoulders .
