I just bought a whole set of resistance bands, I work 14 hours a day, I am not going to use the excuse of I don't have time to work out, I will start bringing a jump rope and my bands to work and start doing them during my breaks and lunch. Even when I get home I got an elliptical/rebounder/bob punching. I don't need a gym to get into shape, eventually I'll like some weights, but honestly a old coach of mine once said, if you can't do 100 clean push ups, and 200 clean body squats, 30 clean pull ups, you don't need to add weight on. I still live by those words. Granted I don't think I have ever got to those numbers. Hopefully this time will be the time, I'm 31, and it's not too late.

I began with bands, graduated to free weights, machines, and cable. Now, heading back to bands as I got better results! If you have a good nutritional intake, rest, and consistent workout, bands can be equally as effective as weights.

Will definitely try in the spring, otherwise 24 hr fasts twice a week on the weekend usually accelerate my progress paired with intermittent fasting on working days 🔥 It's all about the calorie deficit

Good idea, though I am not getting same burn. Likely my bad technique. Given the option, would a seated leg extension using a standard bench (if available) do more for the quads in terms of total quad engagement. That is how I do it, with various ways to simulate the leg extension, none perfect found yet.

I'm 6'4" and wonder if bands fit for a more average sized person can be used by someone my height. Some of the exercises it won't make a difference but the couple you stand up and push over your head, they will have to stretch about 7 feet.
