Good idea, though I am not getting same burn. Likely my bad technique. Given the option, would a seated leg extension using a standard bench (if available) do more for the quads in terms of total quad engagement. That is how I do it, with various ways to simulate the leg extension, none perfect found yet.

I'm 6'4" and wonder if bands fit for a more average sized person can be used by someone my height. Some of the exercises it won't make a difference but the couple you stand up and push over your head, they will have to stretch about 7 feet.

I have the green and the original, but the resistance doesn't feel the same. The green bands are more elastic and feel a little bit easier. So I don't pair them, but I do use both colours in combinations for different resistant levels

Usually people do 3 sets, repetitions between 10-15. Adjust the resistance so your reps are close to exhaustion.

Hi James, I learn a lot from your videos. I’m sorry if this is going to be a long post. I have a really hard time sticking with a regiment so this is what I do and I get fatigued fast. I will do a whole bunch of different exercises with the bands as fast as I can until I can’t no more . I will check my heart rate on my watch and it is 150- high 170’s. I will rest for a minute or two then back to different types of exercises. I usually get a good sweat after I am done. Would doing this type of thing help me burn fat and maybe build some muscle? Thank you in advance and please keep up with the good work!!

Fantastic video! I've been having a hard time motivating myself to go to the gym lately. It would be so much easier to do it at home, but gym equipment is expensive and I don't have much room in my house. This really got me excited to buy some bands and start exercising at home.
