I’m from Tulsa, OK… I love onions on my burgers but I can honestly say that’s ALOT of onions on one burger😂💯
@SnSGrills11 сағат бұрын
The original as you probably know is over 100 year old and was created in El Reno, the extra onions were needed to keep down the cost during the depression🔥

Jumbo joe
@SnSGrills3 күн бұрын
If you like just the basics then by all means settle for a JJ. Ours is better at searing because of the Slow ‘N Sear, 304 SS grate, and our larger charcoal grate. It’s better at smoking because of the ash sweep system, probe port, smoke hole, thermometer, and hinged grate. To do anything more than five or six hours on the JJ you have to take everything out to clear out the ash🔥

how long did it take for the chicken to get to that temp?
@SnSGrills5 күн бұрын
We always suggest cooking to internal temp not time. Dark meat can go up to 170-175 internal. Your legs may be bigger or smaller so the time won’t be the same🔥

Soak that raw chicken in white vinegar for 20 - 25 minutes. Pull it out and squeeze the vinegar out. Then apply your olive oil and seasonings. Watch how that vinegar, bbq rub and charcoal would cause a party in your mouth. Ole skool Pitmaster taught me this technique.

This is a recreation as close as possible to the burger that became popular 100 years ago in El Reno, Kraft was becoming popular around the same time. That’s what they used then and still use like most fast food restaurants do to this day. Use whatever cheese you like, it was delicious🔥

@SnSGrills Kraft. A German brand. Another proof that the Hamburger was invented/created in Hamburg, Germany 😉🇩🇪
@SnSGrills9 күн бұрын
Kraft cheese was founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1903 by James L. Kraft, a Canadian immigrant. Kraft started the business by selling cheese door-to-door from a horse-drawn wagon🤔

I just got my SNS kettle a few days ago. I smoked ribs today and was completely impressed with how easy it was. The hot zone was around 350, but the cold zone stayed around 250-275 for about 3.5 hours. I was using bickettes, and had to add more, but i didnt hurt the temp much. Ive always messed up cooking ribs, and damn near had perfect ribs. Hamds down the best grilling lurchase ive ever made. Well done gentleman
