Styrene takes 1-2 days to breakdown in the environment, so you're just sending it to your neighbors. Install a activated carbon filter somewhere in line.

Heads up, the reason that that one gave you so much trouble and you needed the Allen wrench and adjustable is because you backd the nut off too far when you installed your joint separator. The joint separator pushed down on the nut not the stud probably deforming the threads on the one side.

Why would you check the 3/16 gap between the converter and flexplate if you used all the parts from the v6? Isnt it going to be the same since the spacer is on the other side of the flex plate? Im just trying to understand why there would be a different gap between them.

TL:DR - Use ONLY NTK -or- Mopar O2 Sensors (JK's are very sensitive and many that claim they "will work" do not). Was down a rabbit hole not being able to get rid of a P0420 on my 2011 JK Wrangler. Ended up replacing the bank 1 O2 sensors with a Chinese brand off Amazon thinking that would fix it - NOPE! ... tested replacement o2 sensors and they were giving off too 6 ohms across heater element. CEL's for "high-voltage" persisted (NTK & Mopars give off 3.5 ohms). Almost bought new Catalytic convertors (also tried cleaning the cats & even using the spark plug non-fouler trick but CEL's persisted due to cheapo O2 sensors - non-foulers will not work if your cheap sensors are sending incorrect voltages to the PCM). After much research, discovered the JK is super sensitive to o2 sensors. Ended up buying the NTK brand and they worked perfectly. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER o2 SENSOR on a JK than NTK or MOPAR (Bosch is too sensitive and will trigger CEL's). NTK website has a part lookup function (note: upstream and downstream are different part numbers). NTK are more expensive but TOTALLY worth it. Cheap sensors are not worth the hassle. Another key tip: O2 sockets are not meant to "break loose" difficult sensors - the wrench (link below), with a hammer, worked perfectly for breaking loose the sensor (after broken loose, then you can use the slotted sensor socket). Also, use PB blaster the night before. Note: Always use a thread chaser & high-temp anti-seize before inserting new sensor www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I6TBHE0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

I just bought a 06 civic,,,, I’m saying to myself what did I do,,,,, lol. There’s oil leaks all over it. This is a stupid design. I’ve been a Lexus yota person for 30 yrs but always liked this civic but man the more and more I dive into this it’s a head case. Leaks from the VVT solenoid on that back side passenger. Don’t forget there’s another cam cap on other side that’s really a pain in the azz to remove and there’s a cover on the back of the engine you gotta remove a lot to get to it. It’s the most difficult one next to head gasket replacement if needed. lol. Mine has 124,000 by the way.

Tell me you didn’t read the directions without telling me you didn’t read the directions. The rail is designed to have a built in centerline. You flip it upside down to mark your holes. That give you your 1.5” down without having to guess. Just mark where you want the top of your cabinets to fall.

Just replaced my anode in a Geospring. It was really difficult to get the old anode out. The corrosion on the old anode makes its shape uneven, and it doesn't just slide out - lots of scraping, wiggling and force needed to remove it. I took the small and large nuts off, then put a pair of vicegrips on the bolt, and eventually got the old one out.

A new fob battery did the trick for mine, too!! Fortunately I found this vid PRE-rabbit holes!! I just wanted to add that, before I replaced the CR2032, I would sporadically get 3 short horn beeps upon exiting the vehicle.
