Hello, I need a software to design tubes in a way easier than only using Solid Works 3d design. I'm seeing difficult to design tubes in a fast way, but the more difficult is when I design a tube with the data (X,Y,Z) and the length is not the same that the machine consider. I need a software that have a correction process similar to the "K-factor" that SolidWorks have to re-calculate the length of the bends in sheet metals, then I need to know if can you help me? There is a software that offers this function?

There is not normal cut on one side. This isnt possible with 4 axis Laser cut.

Seems like no one will ever find the gauge table for cardboard. I've dedicated 25 years of my life to finding it with little luck.

Can you do a video of a doing a cone? With known ends, for example 3" and 1.625", and 6"long. Then flatten it

If you evaluate the assembly for interference you find that the parts overlap. Therefore the more sections you use in the assembly, the more out of square it will be when welded. At 7:28 you can see that all of your parts are fixed, if you float the parts and remate them with a realistic none interference you no longer have a 90 degree elbow. Could be to do with the split feature adding material for the flat pattern, I'm not sure as this is the first time I've used this feature.
