Did it bent/deform during that test? By how much mm in vertical plane?

Try a more "real world" situation. Aluminum(6061T6) wheels on a car going 70 mph on freeway, and hitting a pothole(2 ft diameter with 5" depth) with 40 series tires at 40psi. Answer? Permanent deformation. Displaced about 5 mm's.
