Limb lengthening surgery with two surgeries you can be 5-6 inches tall

I'm 6'0", and even I'm not happy with my height. People claim 6'0" is tall? Not really, I find a lot of guys around the same height and a lot that are taller. Honestly, I feel kind of average. I'm planning to get limb lengthening surgery at some point.

Being tall helps A LOT, but there are a few positive to being short such as requiring less calories and fill out ( build muscle ) faster. You are very good looking and down to earth which is a huge bonus. believe me I have met some very unfortunate people, someone from my school who is shorter than you, ugly with no career prospects who goes around making peoples lives a misery to make himself feel better. You are very fortunate, a lot of men would love to have a face like yours.

Nice to hear your journey and it is very motivating and genuine. All the very best for future challenges and endeavors. I also did recently started jogging outside and I weight 93 KG as of now and I am going to participate in a 10 Mile (16 KM) next year April 2025. But I request you that if you have time can please make some videos in your channel about the pre and post exercise or some sort of strength exercises that you have followed before and after your daily running workout.

In Islamic culture, physical attributes like height are generally not emphasized as significant in determining a person's worth or character. The focus is more on qualities like piety, good character, and conduct, as highlighted in the Qur'an and Hadith. For example, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth but looks at your hearts and deeds" (Sahih Muslim). Marriage, friendships, and social interactions in Islamic communities are ideally based on values and personal virtues rather than physical characteristics. In Western culture, there can be more emphasis on physical appearance, including height, particularly in contexts like dating or first impressions. Media and societal standards often glorify certain physical traits, including taller stature, which may influence perceptions, especially in social or professional scenarios. However, these are broad generalizations, and individual experiences can vary widely depending on personal beliefs, community norms, and cultural upbringing. Many Muslims living in Western societies navigate a blend of these perspectives, prioritizing their faith’s principles while acknowledging societal norms.

I'm 5 ft 7 but when i stand on my tiptoes i add 4 inches on to my height and i go from 5 ft 7 to 5 ft 11 which makes me feel alot better about myself the only problem i have is that when i do stand on my tiptoes especially for a long period of time it does start to hurt alot so thats when i have to stop being 5 ft 11 and go back down to my actual height which is 5 ft 7 😂

JB, before you can love anyone else you have to love yourself. When I was a pre-teen, I was fat and kids would make fun of me. When I went into my teens, I started slimming down and started to grow vertical instead of horizontal. My Mom was a nurse and knew something about nutrition so she put me on a diet. Now, I am only 5'8''; my dad was 5'10", his dad was 6'0'' and my Uncle James (my Dad's brother) was 6'3''. And my maternal grandfather was tall, I didn't get the tall gene. I always wanted to be taller, but it didn't happen. So, I made up my mind, I would work with what God has given me. I had to learn to love myself, and the way God made me. And I had to learn to develop myself and excel in other areas. Now, when it comes to my appearance, I work on my posture, watch my weight, exercise and do stretching--a one inch heel on a boot or shoe can easily help me get the 5'9"! LOL. You may not have the height you want, but you can maximize what you do have. There are things you can do to appear taller; I would suggest checking out KZbin episodes on dressing to maximize height for short guys. Now, JB, your face is gangster; Dude, you have a great looking face. I am sure the ladies notice you, but you have got to work on your self-confidence. JB, the bottom line is when you look in the mirror, you have got to like what you see. YOU HAVE GREAT POTENTIAL.

Forgot to add that good posture can add an inch. Now, I get chiropractic treatments, and I always feel an inch taller after I get my spine realigned. Now JB, I hear hanging is good for stretching your spine and can increase your height by an inch, but you would have to do this consistently every day.

Yes and no I do agree with the physical attraction aspect. But generally, there are a lot of people out there too focused on getting a girl while not having a career and as we age, your foundation will become crucial in how women will view your attractiveness.
