I also did recently started jogging outside and I weight 93 KG as of now and I am going to participate in a 10 Mile (16 KM) next year April 2025. But I request you that if you have time can please make some videos in your channel about the pre and post exercise or some sort of strength exercises that you have followed before and after your daily running workout.
