do you need to set it to crop mode for aps c lens (when you used the laowa 9mm)? I'm wondering because the Sigma 10-18 f2.8 is an aps c lens but at focal length of 12-16mm it actually covers full frame.

Craziest part is that the road leaving the lake looks the exact same now as it did then lol 😂😂

If someone mostly use 8 lbs monofilament line max average on all my fishing is braided line that much better ⁉️ I've been looking at reel with factory line is a Proficiency mint pro reel for the hell of it but thinking. The reel is on clearance for $16 with line. For trout fishing 😉 my son just got me to fish for Bass last year maybe for a few bass . Is okay I think most stuff is gimmicky just to buy it for no reason. I've been buying the cheeper stuff and get the same fish as my son and friends. Well I live in the Desert N.M. with the average 10% humanity average not much water in this state. High Rocky mountain streams 7,000 to 10,000 feet high from sea level Albuquerque is at 5,134 around. Bass don't like cold water how come.

I dig these rods, and I judge those that judge me for having a couple of these in my arsenal. On sale I think they are great value, and more comfortable than a lot of the competition IMO

These aren't hacks, mostly, it's an infomercial. Your rod sleeve can be a pool noodle from your local dollar store. That's a hack.

Its 4 am. I havnet slept. I don’t need to wake up early if I never go to bed. I’m tired sitting in a public toilet seeking some more motivation. Haven’t got a shit. Saw 1 fish jump. I’m going back out now. Wish me luck

Hello! I have recently purchased several of these KVD 8.0 squarebill crankbaits. I was looking for a larger squarebill, to hopefully upsize the size of my catches. Yes indeed, you still get bites with this lure. This crank bait feels good when you’re cranking it. Also, according to my Garmin forward facing sonar, this crank bait can reach 10-11 foot deep on a long cast that is reeled back quickly. I do have a problem. I can’t get the bass to stay hooked up. When you get a strike, and you are reeling in the bass and fighting the bass, when the bass leaps out of the water and does a head shake, the 8.0 will always shake free of the bass. I have upgraded the stock hooks with KVD triple grips and even other company hooks, but the bass still throw this bait before you can boat the fish. My guess is, I am only catching maybe 20% of the bites I get. I have lost several very nice 4-5 pound bass. I am using 12 pound test Seagar Fluorocarbon line. My reel is a 6.2 ratio and a composite 7’ 11” St. Croix crankbait rod All the colors look good, the price is good, but Unfortunately, I believe I am going to have to give this bait a thumbs down, or unsatisfactory rating. I believe the unsatisfactory rating comes due to the “big size” of this lure. It fishes almost like a large swim bait lure. If anyone knows how to improve the catch ratio of this 8.0 crank bait, please let me know. Thanks.

You are using a wrong side hand reel. Both of them. If you need to cut off a cast, you will be allways late!

If you are right handed, you probably cast with your right arm. You should probably use a left handed retrieve baitcasting reel so you do not need to change hands with the rod after you cast.

That belt technique isn't safe. Too easy for the camera to slip. Best to use an EasyRig or Tilta arm. That 9mm looks SICK on this! I'll for sure use that kind of a lens for fight scenes I'll shoot with this. Thanks for this video!

I ordered the two pieces rod for my baitcasting reel, but the bottom handle the connection looks like for a spinning rod , let me know if someone ordered a two piece rod I'm just curious if they got the same connection part, not sure if the company gave me the wrong top part of the rod

HA! I own one of these same reels, except mine is from EVEN EARLIER in the 80s. I used to fish with it a lot back in the day, but then I got out of fishing, and it's been in storage ever since. I have recently decided to get back into fishing, so I dusted the old girl off, and I've been wondering if this antique can still get the job done. Judging from this, the answer is most decidedly YES.

I did almost the same thing you did. Radions on my display tank and then I added a frag tank and put AI primes on it. I regret not getting radions on the frag to match the spectrum on the display. I feel like it’s always an acclimation battle when moving corals. Best of luck to ya
