Well this is bullshit. All the machine does it chop it in half for a human to reach blindly through a very difficult window and then peel and core the fruit THEMSELVES!!!!

Dear EraQuisnamVigila, We would like to explain in more detail how the partly automated convenience avocado line works: The first machine cuts the avocado in half, the halves are then passed on to the work stations for coring and peeling, which is done by the employees. A special peeling tool is integrated into the work stations for peeling the avocados, which avoids the twisting motion of the wrist that occurs when peeling with a spoon. The peeling result is also better than with a spoon, as the peel is separated from the product in one movement, resulting in a better yield. In the meantime, a robot avocado line with an optimized setup has been developed: www.kronen.eu/en/solutions/robot-avocado-line With regard to the product discharge, in real production lines the fruit slides over chutes to an outfeed belt where the fruit is transported to the next processing step.
