Bell pepper coring & dividing machine PDS4L: process up to 3,360 peppers/h cleanly & efficiently

The semi-automatic, compact machine is optimized for coring and halving or quartering bell peppers. Ideal for effective bell pepper preparation - with high quality and minimal labor.
The peppers are placed with stems on the intermittent product feed, a belt of stainless steel plates. Four peppers are processed per cycle in the standard version and 14 cycles per minute are run.
With the help of the system, two to three people divide and core up to 750 kg of peppers per hour. Between 50 and 150 kg per hour are prepared manually. This means that by using the PDS4L, at least two to three fewer people are involved in product preparation.
