Healthy Vegetable Couscous Recipe: Sharing one of my old recipe. Not the most perfect but definitely delicious. My couscous was a little stuck together but to avoid that let the couscous steam for 5 minutes. Use a fork to fluff the couscous and break up any clumps Ingredients: 2 Vegetable stock cubes and add 4 cups of hot water or simply us Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Onions - 1 Ginger - 1 tsp. Garlic - 4 cloves Green chillies - 4 Spinach - 50 g Mixed Vegetable - 1 cup Red kidney beans - 1 cup Couscous - 2 cups Spring onions - a handful Spices: Salt - if you like (I didn't add any because I used vegetable stock cube for the couscous and it already contained salt) Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp. Vegetable Masala or Garam Masala - 2 tsps. (depending on how strong your masala is)

Tandoori Chicken Recipe 🍗 Ingredients: 1 tbsp. grated ginger 1 tbsp. grated garlic 1 tbsp. chopped green chillies 1/2 tbsp. turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp. salt (adjust to taste) 1/2 tbsp. red chilli powder Between 1 - 1 1/2 tbsps. tandoori masala chicken 1/3 tbsp. ground black pepper 1/3 tbsps. cumin powder 3 tbsps. Yougurt 1 full lemon (for the juice) Handful of coriander Sprinkle of Kasuri Methi *please adjust spices to your taste* Hi my lovelies. This is an old recipe of mine which I wanted to share with you all. I will do another video soon on my updated version of tandoori chicken recipe. Method of cooking: Add all your marinade ingredients in a large bowl including your spices. Give them a good mix & add the chicken. Make sure to coat the chicken evenly. Leave it to marinade for a couple of hours. For best flavours I'd say 5 - 6 hours or overnight but two hours is fine if you don't have time. Put it in the oven & grill for about 40 - 45 minutes (it will be less cooking time if oven is ore heated) make sure to cook both side of the chicken until browned on all sides. Ingredients: • 4 TBSP. OIL • 2 ONIONS • 1 TBSP. GINGER & GARLIC PASTE • 2 TOMATOES • 7 GREEN CHILLIES • 1 CUP GREEN PEAS • 250 g PANEER (COTTAGE CHEESE) • A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER Spices used: • 1 ½ TBSP. OF SALT (Or per taste) • 1 TBSP. CUMIN SEEDS • 1 TBSP. TURMERIC POWDER • 1 1/3 TBSP. VEGETABLE MASALA OR GARAM MASALA • 1 TSP. OR SPRINKLE SOME KASOORI METHI Method of Cooking: I started off with warming up my pan & adding in 4 tbsp of Olive Oil. Threw in some cumin seeds followed by two chopped onions. Caramelise onions (for about 10 minutes) & add a tbsp. salt. This usually speeds up caramelisation for me. I then threw in two fresh chopped tomatoes & 7 green chillies. As well as a cup of green peas. I used ¼ cup of water to help soften the ingredients throughout the process (left it on low gas for about 10 minutes) & proceeded on adding a tbsp. of turmeric powder & 1 1/3 tablespoon of vegetable masala or garam masala. Mix the spices in well & let it sit on low gas for 8 more minutes. Add between 1.2 - 1.5 L of water. Give it a good mix & leave it on gas for bout 25 - 30 minutes (cooking time) or until you notice that the gravy starts thickening. It is up to you how runny or thick you want your gravy so please add water according to that. I made the gravy towards a runnier/thick side only because it can be eaten with both rice as well as roti/chapatti. After I add the water, I also like to check if any seasonings need adding or taken off at this point because you can always mend it at this stage. Then, close the lid and let it do its magic! But remember to check and stir regularly in between. Half way between the processes add 250 g of cottage cheese & carry on cooking it. The reason to why I add the cottage cheese halfway is because Paneer tends to cook quicker & ends up being rubbery if left in for too long. So, to avoid that I add it towards the end. You will start to notice that the gravy starts to thicken so, add a handful of coriander & sprinkle some kasoori methi. Lastly leave on low gas for further 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and MATAR PANEER is ready!

Ingredients: 12 eggs (by all means increase or decrease the amount of eggs) 1 white onion 1tsp salt Just over 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper Sprinkle of parmigiano cheese 1 cup grated carrots 1 cup diced mixed peppers 7 thinly sliced baby tomatoes 1 cup of chopped Spinach Shredded Cheese/mozarella (please feel free to use any vegetable of your choice) Method of cooking: Start by cracking 12 eggs in a jug. Add diced onions, salt and pepper (you could add more spices if you like) add a sprinkle of parmegiano cheese and whisk until light and fluffy. Grease your muffin tray with some oil. Add your fillings and some grated cheese at the top. Lastly, pour your egg mixture until it's pretty much full. Once your Muffin tray is filled up. Bake for 20 mns or until golden brown and cooked through. Once cooked, remove from the oven and enjoy a quick and easy breakfast. Thank you for watching ❤️

Costa's Salted Caramel Latte 🤎 Recipe: × 1 tbsp. Toffee Dessert Sauce × 1 Costa Salted Caramel Latte Sachet × I initially poured hot water (around 50ml or so) followed by semi skimmed milk (you could use oat milk, almond milk, full fat milk or you could simply just add 200ml of hot, but not boiling hot water). Totally up to you! × add some cream × top it up with toffee sauce And, enjoy 🙌🏻🤎

Simple Chicken Curry Recipe Ingredients: 4-5 small red onions 3 medium fresh tomatoes 7 green chillies (Add more or Less if you like) 2 tbsps. double cream Handful of Coriander 1 medium whole chicken (roughly around 1kg) Spices: 1/4 cup oil (you can reduce the quantity if you like) 2 Bay leafs 1 Tbsps cumin 3 garlic cubes (frozen) 2 ginger cubes (frozen) Salt 1 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tbsp Turmeric 1/3 tsp red chilli powder 2 1/2 tbsps chicken masala (I'm using my secret chicken masala recipe) However, you could use any. Please if you are using boxed masala. Use the quantity according to direction given on the box itself) or depending how strong or mild you like it and, ofcourse depending on quantity of the chicken. Water - used between 1 - 1.5 l Method: Heat up some oil in a pan/kadhai. Wait until it's hot and add bay leafs and some cumin seeds. Cook for 2 minutes or until it gives you that earthy aroma. Followed by garlic and ginger cubes. Cook until completely dissolved and lightly golden. In goes green chillies and briefly brown them up. Add onions and caramelised them. Once caramelised add tomatoes and cook until soft. Then, proceed to put all your spices, give it a good mix and leave it on gas for around 8 minutes so that the spices blend well together. Put in the chicken and let the magic begin 🤪. Cover and simmer between 20 - 30 mns. Don't forget to stir in between the process. You'll know once the gravy starts to thicken up and chicken should be cooked (poke to see if juices are red or clear). Finish off with cream and fresh Coriander. Freshly chopped Ginger (or 1 ginger cube from frozen pack) • Garlic - ½ bulb (10 garlic cloves) • 12 Green Chillies • 2 medium Tomatoes • 2 medium potatoes Herbs & Spices: • 5-6 large tbsps. of Oil • 1 small tbsps. of cumin seeds • ½ tbsps. Turmeric Powder (I used large tbsps.) • 1 ½ large tbsps. Vegetable Masala (or Garam Masala) Water: • Used 900 ml water to add on to the last stage.

Ingredients (as listed by Simply Cook) 2 chicken thighs (cut into thin strips) 2 medium egg noodle nests 175g pack baby corn & mangetout (babycorn halved and mangetout sliced) 4 spring onions (cut into 3cm lengths) You could swap egg noodles for rice noodles. Chicken thigh for breast or mini fillet, beef or any other chicken free products. Substitute baby corn & mangetout for any other stir-fry veg.
