So to get people that need housing because of insurance needs you pretty much have to have availability in your rental inventory so if you only have one or two rentals or availability is crucial and so you’re probably already gonna be full and this may not work out. Am I correct?

I have been asking and calling a lot of insurance agencies that refuse to insure the house if I rent out per bedroom unlest it's a short term rental under 30 days. I had a fire crew who drive ambulance booked for 3 days for 2 people. And 8 people, one by one showed up! With Airbnb’s approval I fined him $480 for a night. Coz our ring doorbell caught everything. And he wrote a fake deceiving review after checking out . The worse part was Airbnb reviewed everything evidence and refused to remove his fake review said “ his review did not violate Airbnb ‘s policies… the Airbnb’s policies stated clearly when the user/the guest provided deceiving/misleading reviews after breaking the rules, showing retaliation and manipulation against host, Airbnb can remove the review. Airbnb does not care about hosts!!
