Jesse, love this video! Question - so if you promote the midterm lease on Airbnb and they pay thru the platform, are you saying the host still needs this separate midterm contract before they can stay? Thank you!

It’s totally up to you- I like leases on Airbnb especially in California- people like the Airbnb policy but they will not go to bat for you in court
