The plaster of Paris has the best cracking sound, next is the wax. The nail polish is way to quiet sounding for the amount of coats you would have to do so I will definitely never be using that method. Thanks for the how to!

Does anyone know what types of the "clay" works best?? Instead of just the shell?? Please ✨️ 🙏 I have a severely autistic little guy who is obsessed with these things and I'd love for him to be able to get satisfaction 100× more by being able to do them himself, than watching other's do it.❤🎉. And I have ALWAYS been a big time crafter...so I am completely up for this!!😅
