Hey, amazing video, glad to someone else got thier heart strings ripped out by this story. (not to dump on anyone) but this story really resonated with me as I had just been rejected and somewhat replaced by someone I truly loved in the fullest sense of the word and this story made me feel so good yet also so sad, truly an amazing, love infused story exploring the concept of love to it's base. When you love someone you want to protect and care for them like Shorekeeper does for Rover and I love that they were not afraid to explore love as an actual plot line. Unlike in other gacha games this romace feels deserved and I genuinly want to see it play out fully. I am now a Shorekeeper X Rover shipper (and I don't normally ship characters) To summarize: This story made me love the character of Shorekeeper and simultainiously make feel like the saddest/loneliest human on earth. WUthering Waves IS the BEST Gacha game: 11/10

I started Wuwa when it first launched and dropped it due to playing other games. I recently came back during 1.3 and got lucky with my pull for Shorekeeper. I hadn't seen her character showcase or any spoilers before and after pulling her. Having been able to play through her story before any of that really makes you realize how well developed; she is as a character and how amazing her story is! Great video! I agree, great story but lots of answers left after its finished unless you do some digging. I did some digging... #1: What is Shorekeeper's orgin? Shorekeeper's core is intentionally created by Black Shores, called her "Blazar module anchor" which attracts pure dense Remnant Energy which crystallizes and gives her a material form. (She's literally a gem, literally). Before being "born" or having a body, she was just a clump of crystal due to the core being an Anchor to the energy (seen in her trailer). Then on one fateful day, just as we reach out to start the Tethys Sytem up.. we felt the crystal call us.. getting closer to the crystal, both drawn to each other.. Shorekeeper happened to resonate to our heartbeats frequency which broke open the crystal and she emerged. (Heavy emphasis was placed on how it was similar to a butterfly emerging from a cacoon/chrysalis.) #2: AI? Human? Tacet Discord? She's basically all three. The initial parameters for her core is to be an immortal Astral Modulator AI, which could absorb and learn from human emotion and thereby ensure Tethys didn't make any cold/cruel calls for the sake of efficiency. It was never planned to have her manifest in human/crytal form. She's also defies conventional resonance logic (since she's a resonance being similar to TD's and Echo's) by being unique and able to manipulate remnant energy, which should only be possible by humans with a tacet mark. TL/DR: She's supposed to just be a human-minded AI programme to babysit Tethys, but became a real-girl/butterfly after we got too close to her crystal and our heartbeat resonated with her and broke her crystal. Now she's the only TD to be made of pure energy and have abilities of a resonator.

I would love to see more your videos about wuwa, maybe create a fans story before the mc arrived at solaris, it will be great

[Reasons why i pulled SK] : 1. 1.3 Patch is CINEMA. (insert homelander meme). This is what i felt back when playing Witcher 3 when meeting Ciri (and her quests) and Blood and wine Dlc. Some sort of happy joy. 2. She's a Healer, i have soft spots for Milfs and Healers and Yandare. 3. Her weapon for Her and Bazihi. 4. She looks good. And i like color Blue so no getting Blue-balled this time. [This is a Shoot Comment] : Also Captain Cabinetz take on 1.3 was MID.

I liked this story, Some big CCs are hating on this story cause of it being a romance kinda thing but i don't mind that i am just easily happy with stuff i see but understandable if others did not like this tho, i was going to get ShoreKeeper anyways cause she is a good buffer also, Camellya is next and will get her :)

I felt the same way Lightful, I didnt wanna pull for her, but her design is so pretty and the story with her was amazing, specially when she said "could this be love?" and how she lied about feeling emotions with us and didnt wanna "scare" us , she is amazing, I love the video btw!
