學了快兩年楊家老架太極拳,常常覺得太極拳，確實有很好的強身健體功能，但應用在武術上好像沒什麼用，今天看了這個視頻，忽然覺得眼界整個打開了;非常感謝易老師的指導。不管能不能學會，經過多次反覆看視頻練習後，覺得對於太極拳的學習熱誠和興趣有很大的鼓舞及幫助。❤

音樂好聽，陳大師的風範不遜於年輕時候，現在歞得較為成熟及穩重。希望他能重新演繹40、42及48式。最好是演繹88式！

Really good slow precise movements. Good to have it repeated in small sections that makes it easier to practice and get it right. It would be nice to have an english translation but this tutorial is still so good even in Chinese.

3 mistakes: 1) 攪雀尾, 前腳尖應著地, 不應向上； 2） 提手上勢, 方向應向南, 不是西南, 這與42式不同,3）左弓步,及倒卷肱時, 兩腳不應踏在一綫上, 應稍為向左,或右. 留意李德印或陳思坦之示范.
