Anytime "horrorcore" is mentioned you gotta bring up Esham in 1989 droppin "Boomin Words From Hell" the red cassette tape... literally the Godfather of Horrorcore / wicked shit.

I stumbled on this video as I was remembering the good times and the good vibes of my youth, banging some Eyedea raps. In the early 2k my friend called me from a train in the Fresno area and said he was sitting with Eyedea! My friend said that they were shooting the shit when he realized who he was. He was not familiar with his music but he knew that I was a fan. He called me and said he was with him and I didn’t believe it. I said if it’s really him then put him on the phone! I put it on speaker and said freestyle! He just started to freestyle, and as a fan I knew it was him. He destroyed! Just a cool memory I have and I wanted to share it with other fans. His music really helped me, and I will never forget that night. RIP Michael you were a true talent and are loved and missed.

@ I love rap so I found this but most people don’t love rap but you make documentaries that anyone will like so play into EMOTIONS

The thumbnail should bit more heart tugging he had a pain but beautiful life so a more disheveled pic maybe one from the smile video would work “ when a rising star refuses to work with Diddy “ it’s not the main focus but it’s not clickbait he refused a Diddy contract tied going solo didn’t work out
@MicooRangel15 күн бұрын
“ THE UNDERGROUND RAPPER WHO FOUGHT THE MAINSTREAM “ and really just a more daunting thumbnail with maybe like with the words “ what could have “ in white “ been in red “

My personal rating: 1. Madvillainy 2. Take Me To Your Leader 3. MM FOOD 4. Operation DOOMSDAY 5. Vaudeville Villain Madvillainy is easily his greatest album because this album alone revolutionized Hip Hop and influenced many artists we listen to today. Take Me to your Leader is definitely the most intuitive, and a cinematic masterpiece, as well as 90% of the tracks are great, and the flow is awesome. MM FOOD makes great use of samples, but the album was kind of rushed. Sucks he didn't have clearance on the Kookies sample! Operation DOOMSDAY has some great tracks but not all of them flow together very well, criticize me all you want, it's a great album for people just getting into DOOM though. Vaudeville Villain is a good album in of itself but there's no excuse, I just don't enjoy it as much as the other albums. (Everybody has a right to your own opinion, don't flame me please)
