When the boss says "I won't be in the office tomorrow." and "I'll be in London this time next year", it's still a prior plan. Then, shouldn't they be "I'm not going to be in the office tomorrow." and "I'm going to be in London next year." Will they still have the same meaning if I use "be going to do" instead for these sentences?
