The main function of languages is always for communication with different countries. You know,in Taiwan there are Hakka， local Taiwan language and national language. I was not speaking taiwnese local language very well exception our national.I was living in Taiwan for decades. I thought Hakka and tai-language equaling your US English, UK, Australia and Canada accents . Never mind speaking not fluent.
